Every town here has their little festival and each one has a street dance on one of the nights, at least. Like halo said, a band plays, everyone gathers and dances and whatnot. Every town festival features the food venues, a street dance (or more than one - here they have teen night, a country band, an 80s cover band - different nights), and the flipping parade. Geez.
