It's extremely difficult to pinpoint an exact location unless you happen to be working for the government. And even if so, they can just subpoena your location through your ISP. So if he tried to track me, it'd probably say I was in a server cabinet in Germany or some such nonsense. And then, were he more immature than he actually is, he would RAEG SO HARD. The only real purpose to getting an IP address is to ddos them. For sites using it for moderation, they use it for identifying who someone is, but they already have that information so they wouldn't need to use any of those methods. But, whatever.
