blaah Posted October 3, 2011 Share Posted October 3, 2011 When I was on the treadmill, I was just walking along, per usual. I decided I felt pretty good and wanted to run. I turned up the speed and started going. I was moving my arms like runners usually do and ended up karate chopping my headphone cord, which sent my ipod flying onto the treadmill belt and, subsequently, the floor. I had only been running for a minute and had to stop, get my ipod, and get back up to speed. I was not discouraged though, I ran.
