If you wanted to be healthy, you could just eat right and not sit in one place all day. There is no reason to have visible muscle nowadays. It's all attention whoring.

 

Not necessarily about muscles. Can improve your cardiovascular health by running/walking regularly.

Walking is exercising...

 

There's a difference between the exercises that helps maintain a healthy body and body building exercises... All I see from you guys are excuses trying to justify your habits.

 

WALKING DEAD TIME

 

 

Point is Abc, if you don't want to exercise, don't. But your definition of exercising is twisted, and perhaps needs a slight adjustment.

Well you don't eat right in the first place. And you're not gaining visible muscle by going for a jog.
