*still won't read what Silva says*

The once was a mexican called pepsi,

Or maybe it's just he had Hep C,

He was a pretty cool bro,

Bros generally are you know,

He hailed from the land of 'taters,

He was known to hate many-a-hater,

He likes a girl named Lacey,

His thoughts about her are kind of racy,

And also his dad likes to [rooster].

You say that like the people/person who runs funnyjunk doesn't have absolute control over everything that goes on on their website.

I was just browsing and saw something from The Oatmeal. The pure volume of stuff posted makes it probably near impossible.

Well, I guess its alright then. Its not like they have any responsibility for the content hosted on their website, stamped with their logo, uploaded by their users.

Most people don't even bother removing the watermarks. And those who do don't fool anybody. It's terribly obvious which stuff users made, and what stuff they share from other places.

here's the thing ownage.

the oatmeal guy isn't interested in suing FJ or anything.. he even understands the level of difficulty in finding stuff.

so all he wanted was for FJ to attribute [give him credit] for his work.

it's not much to ask.

he wasn';t threatening or anything. however the FJ admin told his users that the oatmeal wanted to sue etc.

so I don't support FJ as the admin is obviously an idiot.
