Quick, rub some peanut butter on the back of your head. Then, rub tinfoil around your neck for sure measure. The aluminium in the foil will draw the silver stuff out of your stomach and out of your mouth. The peanut butter will boost your occipital lobe, thus allowing your body to find the silvery stuff.
