I never found anything on why they named Iceland and Greenland that way, but they weren't *super* trolls (they still were asses though). My project was focusing on their influence on the English language and ideals (directly and indirectly) of nations that speak the language, so I was slightly expecting the Greenland/Iceland thing yet it never appeared.
