Yeah, I think it's Wall-e, but I doubt whoever it is converted it by hand. They probably just typed it into a text->binary converter. I at least know that both of us were in Computer Math together and we did some work with binary in there, so that's what I'm basing my guess off of. Also, he likes Dr. Who and could very potentially know of my hate of it.
