June 5, 200917 yr First one in 6 months! Feel proud. I used my new Pentax K100D, which I got with a bag, and the kitlens and a hood for $425NZD. I really love my little baby. Some of these are on my deviantart, if you want to comment further and fave.
June 5, 200917 yr In my opinion, the last one is great. The rest of the photo's just seem slightly out of focus and a few where the sky appears, it's been over-exposed. Try playing with shutter speed and f numbers, you'll have much nicer results! GJ Shiny, it's great that you now have a camera 2257AD.TUMBLR.COM
June 5, 200917 yr DAAAAMN those are nice. Where in Taka is the fourth taken? GJ Shiny :) My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.
June 5, 200917 yr Oooh more than devart! I love the leaf btw. Excellent shot, sharp as a tack, really brings out the texture. Perhaps could have shot at a slightly higher f stop to bring more of the lead in focus, but it's nice. You'll have to watch out for where the camera is focusing, in the panoramic shot with teh tree on the left it's obviously focussed on that rather than the horizon, which is your focal point. Having centre-weighted focusing would have helped. And yes, as someone pointed out, watch you don't over expose the skys. You certainly have an eye for the artistic stuff, can't wait to see more. June 5, 200917 yr I really like the leaf but I don't really like 2nd and 3rd, a bit blurry/out of focus. I don't really get the bent stick either... Oh well, great job! Where'd you buy your camera from? 8,180WONGTONG IS THE BEST AND IS MORE SUPERIOR THAN ME#1 Wongtong stalker.Im looking for some No Limit soldiers!
June 5, 200917 yr He bought if off Trademe. Which is the NZ equivalent of eBay. Oh wait, you live in NZ... My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.

June 21, 200917 yr 1- bad composition, obey the rule of thirds 2- focus is off, it looks low quality 3- focus again, the front pot thing is blurry 4- focus, the tree on the left is blurred 5- boring 6- rule of thirds again, the horizon should be 1/3 of the way up or 1/3 of the way down the canvas, not the middle 7- pretty boring 8- the stick gets in the way 9- the blurred leaf in the extreme foreground is distracting
June 22, 200917 yr Author Rule of thirds is boring. I tried to mix it up a bit. The rule of thirds is always the first rule you break in photography.
June 22, 200917 yr In my opinion you need to work on your composition, and your focusing. Composition isn't something you pick up straight away, and focusing can take a bit of practice to get the perfect focal point. Looks like you had similiar problems with all of your shots (apart from the leaves - which i absolutely love!!) A tripod would definately help prevent camera shape, and give you more time to think about your composition. Keep at it!! Thank you to tripsis for an awesome sig!
