June 23, 200917 yr If you want to mage metal dragons, you need anti-fire potions, and an anti-fire shield. Just stand 2-3 squares away from the dragon so he only hits you with fire breath (which will hit 0's with the shield and potion) Use fire bolt (with the gauntlets the from the quest "Family Crest") Bring your best mage bonus you can get Your inventory should look like this Tab (incase) 2k, for the boat + entrance fee to get in the cave Runes 10 Anti-fire potions 5 Shark (bring less when you feel more comfortable) An axe Come to #tip-it on Swift IRC, if you're cool

June 23, 200917 yr Why mage them? Melee is a helluva lot quicker. I can do it with lower stats than yours. Just bring 2 anti fires, 2-4 super strength and attack potions, and 6-8 p pots. June 23, 200917 yr I believe using a poisoned dragon dagger along with a leaf blade sword would make the task quicker.

June 23, 200917 yr You don't need "safespots" for metal dragons. They range you 100% if you stand away from them. You can't pray against the attack because it's in its own class. The Dragonfire class. You need a antidragon shield and some antidragon potions. Then you are set. Here is a video showing what they kind of do but it's mostly geared for melee players.
