...and I happen not to be one of the lucky few, and that's why in January when I rebought members I decided to go for a skilling goal rather than a monster hunting/money goal.

 

So after a nice break I returned to a lot of new updates and upgrades to the game, and I started to really enjoy runescape again. I began the year by trying to get all my stats to 70+ and completing all of the acheivment diaries. I really enjoyed playing stealing creation and played it for fun for a while, which only afterwords I realized how good the rewards really were. So I quickly jumped to 70 construction, smithing, crafting, 75 fletching, and 80 mining.

 

 

 

At this time my goal became slightly altered. I realized 70+ was going to be way easier than i thought, so I decided I'd try to do something random and try to get all my skills to end in either 0, 5 or be at 99 (so like 80, 85, 90, 95, 99, etc). This was fun as it was sort of tricky to work in combat, hp, slayer, and the rest of my skills. So my first step was to jump from 88-90 slayer, which actually took me a decent amount of time. From slaying I acheived 80 range, 90 defence, and 95 strength:

After this I Achieved 75 farming, herblore, fishing and prayer, and throughout the whole slaying process I went from 62-70 agility STRICTLY from penguin hunting.

 

 

 

At this time I was 91 mage and 90 summoning as well, so I decided to burst lobs for 95 mage and work closer to my long term goal of 99 summoning. This started off well as I would play during the school week and slightly on weekends and I quickly acheived 91-93 mage and banked 93 or 94 summoning:

 

 

 

 

Then summer came. I became way too busy and really just didn't have the time to burst anymore let alone play runescape...I lost my membership and took 2 and a half weeks off a runescape until a few days ago when i re-bought it. With all my combat stats about to be leveled, I can't hold off from my other skills anymore. So instead of bursting my final 2 skills to 99 hp and 95 mage, I'm giving up this goal and I'm going to train the rest of my skills. But hey, I had a good time with this goal and made a lot of overall progress on my character.
