Honestly, that digipainting was maybe about the 3rd one I've ever done, so I didn't really have much experience or tips to go by... Although i do have to say that being able to draw well in real life helps ALOT.

I'm kind of confused by the rips in the paper? shouldn't there be transparency behind the rips rather than another sheet of parchment considering there is no indication of any underlying parchment? Other than that, no real c/c to add, looks nice.

Honestly, just think how bad it will looks with transparent holes in the middle of the parchment >_<

 

If anything, just imagine the parchment is double layered and the top layer has been slightly damaged :P
