Nope. RSC was always public.. There was another version before RSC but I forgot what it was called..

Nope. RSC was always public.. There was another version before RSC but I forgot what it was called..

 

Devious Mud. I don't think it was a predecessor for RSC, but gave Jagex ideas/inspiration for it.
