Amaranth_GTO
Just like this ;) Just use that magic eraser thing, and erase all the white background.
essiw
copy everything in the picture and click on new (so you get a new file) the size is already set for you since you copied the picture. then look at what is set for the background, choose transparant. then you can use multiple things but 2 are the easiest: 1. use the magic wand to delete the white (you can change the tolerance) 2. use the background remover and select white as the background colour then save this as a .png or .gif with a transparant background (jpg & bmp can't!) If you want to save space choose: Save for web http://sign.tip.it/1/2/79/260/essiw.png Retired item crew I would like to be credited as essiw at the website update & corrections forum. Thanks! Mylez
You need to lasoo the image, then copy your char into a new project, with a transparent background. :)

Roxor0fSorts
Use the pen tool to render unless you want it to look sloppy. They see me trollin'... They hatin'...Moderatin' and tryna catch me postin dirtay...
Judobreaker
Seeing as the image has hard edges anyway using the pen tool is way overkill... You've got a one color background (white) so the magic wand tool is all you need. Just create a new transparent layer in the image and place it below the layer with your character on it. Then make sure the layer with your character on it is active, take out the magic wand tool and click the white area. Hit delete and it should become transparent. Repeat this for the spaces between his legs and then save it as png of gif. r4ngewarlord
i figured out what i was doing wrong i was opening the image first then creating a transparent background rather than copying and pasting from paint, which resulted in 2 seperate layers. anyway this is what i got a lil sloppy but im happy thanks everyone for teaching me the ways of photoshop transparency. =D> =D> =D> Gamertag: EFs Predator.Games I play: Halo 3, Halo wars.
