What 99s could I get with 77m?

I've got 77m or so in cash and items that I'll be selling and I'm wondering what buyable 99s I can power to. I'm leaving in a month and a half for 2 years so I just want to invest all my money into a skill.

Could I get:

Smithing?

Crafting?

Herblore?

Construction?

And what methods would I follow to get these with my budget? Thanks everyone!!

Smithing, Construction, and Herblore will all run you 100M-200M+ in cash. So, crafting seems the way to go. It is buyable with 77M, and you'll have some cash left over. Just keep making d'hide. There are a few good guides I have read somewhere, but I can't remember where. If I can find the guide I'll give you the link :)

From what I've heard, herblore costs about 30m, crafting 20m, construction 300m?, smithing varies depending on how you do it... I'm not sure about methods, there are plenty of great guides here on tif \'

More like... Herblore ~150M, Construction ~120m (60m with hammers), and crafting 60M. Just rough estimates. If I were you, I wouldn't buy 99's before you quit, the prices for 99's are really expensive because of the pvp drops.

If you're leaving rs for 2 years I'd wait until Jagex nerfs 26king, then invest in rares, a mask set and however many santas you can buy after that.

I actually have a santa that I'll be keeping :) But I just love skilling.

Thanks for the tips all, I'm actually thinking of crafting already. Any other ideas?

Herblore is more like 150m+ maybe more with the prices these days, crafting is maybe like 50? (I'd have to check prices), and construction is like 70 with sc hammers

Yeah I know the prices are way higher cuz of 26king :-\ I dunno. I don't mind at all making money back when I come back, I'm just stubborn and I love achieving level 99 :-X Thanks for the tips everyone, crafting is what I'll do

I'm gonna jump in too and strongly suggest that you invest in a rare.

Your 77M could end up doubling or tripling in value when you come back in 2 years (strange schedule you have there btw)... Sure, you can get one 99 now with that money, but in two years, you might be able to afford two or three 99s with that cash.

Bottom line is that economically, you are much better off buying the rares, and getting your 99s later.

Edit: it seems like you've made up your mind though so good luck with 99 crafting.
