Duel ring banking might be faster, as you don't need to recharge. Castle wars bank is a one-click bank -> more convenient. Also a ring has more charges then amulet, so you don't have to change that often. Duel rings cost very little, about 1k ea.

You have to remember that a lot of people use castle wars to bank, so when you go to click your familiar there's like a pile of 5 there.

Assuming a minute per run, you would make more or less around 2600 per hour. I would take the dueling ring idea over the glory though, unless you have a hellish amount of them.

I can't seem to make 3000 per hour. This may be because I don't have a giant pouch, and looking at your rc level, you don't either. Personally I can get around 2200-2500 depending on how much attention I pay to it.

1 ghraak run is approx. 55 seconds. You can craft ~3.7k ess if I remember right.

Only use the medium, large, and giant pouch. Leave the small pouch at home.

I was able to craft 10k this way in about 4 hours... As for what to wear, I recommend:

Spottet/spottier cape

boots of lightness

penance gloves

Best d'hide body/legs

best axe/pickaxe

ring of dueling

amulet of glory (4)

Any high def lightweight helm

The armor/axe/pickaxe is for repairing pouches with the abyss. You can replace the d'hide with the high level agility stuff, but I can't use it so I don't know if it's any good :/

In the abyss, all pickaxes work the same. It doesn't matter if you use a bronze or a rune, it's all the same. Knowing that, it would be best to use either a bronze (lose the least on death) or mithril (weighs 1kg less than all other pickaxes/hatchets).

Huh, very interesting. Who woulda thought mithril woulda weighed less.

All mithril items are lighter than their counterparts. That means armor and weapons too.

Started doing graahk nats at 91 rc, I made around 6600 nats an hour, 6700 on exceptional hours with no lag. This was with mousekeys however

Mithril isn't Jagex's invention. In many fantasy stories, it was a metal that was impossible to break yet light as air.

I average around 2.2k/hr with dueling rings and small through large pouches.
