July 25, 200916 yr My grandpa taught me how to play back when I was living in China. If you would like a match I would be happy to play you =). There aren't many Go players in the US as far as I know. PS: I saw an episode of Hikaru no Go with a couple of friends once. Ended up spending the rest of the day teaching them how to play. It's an extremely fun game ^_^

Everything else on that page are specific scenarios that you will probably see a lot. Indeed. That is how you capture stones on the bored. However, the main posint of Go is a territory game. If you have more territory then your opponet, you win. The stones you capture add to your score. it is simple, its the stragey you play, to attack, defend, and capture your opponets stone, that makes it difficult. I have a nice wooden Go set with a few hundred of those pebbles, but I never bothered to learn how to play it. I got it from my grandfather. Thats cool I would kill to have a wooden Go set.
