July 22, 200916 yr I heard broad arrows are the fastest xp, but you can't get rid of them. Yew Longbows are... slow IMO. What would be a good XP/GP thing to fletch I have 70 fletching - I want 77 fletching and I don't want to lose more than 1m on it. Btw: 10 Cooking levels? (70-> 80) same questions. Fast and Not very expensive (less than 1m). Thank You!

July 22, 200916 yr Essentially, you have a choice between broad bolts and yew longs at your level. For cooking, I would go with lobbys, although you might want to do some of the math yourself. July 22, 200916 yr From a previous topic that I responded to: I can make 1k broad bolts/minute=>60k bolts/hour.This is 180k xp/hour.You can buy the broad parts for 50gp/piece from a slayer master and I recommend buying them from Shillo.There is also a fishing shop downstairs which sells feathers, 6 gp each.You might want to rest after 1 hour of fletching this way. Also: Mith bolts should get you the same amount of bolts, just that they're 300k xp/hour.Ask friends to buy the unf ones from ge or leave an offer overnight.You can get a max of 60k bolts from ge,each day which is 300k xp.Let's assume you need 250k xp for next level, that's 50k bolts, which will buy in 20 hours.Put the offer in and make the money you'd lose while actually making the bolts.It's easier this way as you only loose a small amount everytime and not a huge amount which will discourage you.

I just want decent XP/COST. I don't think my requirements are exaggerated !
July 22, 200916 yr Wow, OP has good grammar. Anyway, I did Yew Longs and alched them, but thats when I could buy all the mats for about 650 ;) Sometimes I miss the bots.
July 23, 200916 yr If you want relatively cheap and fast fletching experience, you can't beat mithril bolts. The unfinished are a bit under the cost for the finished product, and you only lose around 1-5gp per bolt. In fact, when the prices are right you can profit from this (though its probably not worth it, only about 3gp :?)
