what are some quests that give xp lamps as rewards?

ya...but not hat much and i cant o many of them...i can only really do the easy ones

That shows which quest gives rewards. Click on the skill you were planning on putting the exp from the lamp on. It shows them in order of decreasing to increasing. It also lists quests that normally give exp in that skill. Also shows the min-max about of exp that can be given.

but still it gives you 400k xp in skills (got 65-71 prayer in 10 seconds)
