The best method is to buy something in a junk trade, and recycle the same junk that you received from the other guy. Pretty much this :| You can make over 600k an hour without junk easily, and junk is just crap tbh, you may make some decent 'money' from junk but it isnt variable like gp. You can make a nice amount in just 30 minutes, and by camping you dont need to waste time continuously going there. I dont need a siggy no moar.
