Aking
I know theres the new quests, then you complete the second wishlist, then you unlock the skeletal horror to battle once a week. thats all very well, but for the battles after the first, do you get anything from the skeletal horror? drops, money, xp, anything? Judobreaker
This is kind of a pointless question as the quest was released yesterday. Nobody knows. You'll probably have to wait until next week Monday before anyone can tell you anything about this. Shepherdman7
A lot of people know, actually, myself included. (Of course, a bit of time may have passed since the last post.) It yields 10k Slayer experience and 7k Prayer on the first kill. No telling yet on future kills as we have to wait a week. No other drops at all. *******"All that is gold does not glitter..." Tafkan
It yields 10k Slayer experience and 7k Prayer on the first kill. No telling yet on future kills as we have to wait a week. Actually, it's in the Knowledge Base. http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewarti ... tal_horror Every time you defeat it after the first will award you with 1,250 Slayer XP and 1,000 Prayer XP. To make it easier on your legs, after completing Fur 'n' Seek, he'll even enchant your bonesack or ram skull helm, giving it slightly better stats and the ability to teleport you to his shack, once per rebuild. transcript80
Just as useless as Bork, Juna, the Jade vine, the Phoenix, the circus and penguin hide and seek. Free xp for very little work. I can't be bothered to seek out the penguins, I don't like it for a reason....The rest is part of my daily/weekly routine. I only gained 5 FM levels since the phoenix quest came out, and I never train it. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...

(in theory) except the exp you get from the horror is much much smaller than all the others listed above. Horror gives half as much slayer exp in a week as jade vine does in a day. Rubbish. Bork = 3,500 slayer exp a week ToG = Approx 5-10k a week depending on how many tears you collect Jade vine = 17500 slayer exp a week / 10500 farming exp a week. (if you farm and kill it on the same day, half if you grow/kill on alternate days like me) Phoenix = 3500 slayer exp a week. (7500 Firemaking exp, 3000 Fletching exp, and 1000 Crafting exp a day also) Circus = Up to 17,710 Ranged, 25,006 Magic and 8,800 Agility exp a week Penguins = All depends on level, for me its over 38k a week on Summoning and would be 34k for me on slayer Horror = 1,250 Slayer exp / 1,000 Prayer exp a week. When you look as the above you can see why a lot of people have been complaining about the weekly reward from the horror, especially given the difficulty in actually creating it for the first time. Aking
so pretty much, if you do it the first time, it's not really a good idea to do it again unless you like waiting food and time anyway, you need quite a high slayer lvl to kill it first time anyway
transcript80
Let's see how long it takes to do. I mean, the bone sack teleports you to the site, the fight lasts like <5 minutes. For 1000 prayer and 1250 slayer, I consider it to be very ittle work. The teleport is convenient, you dont have to run all the way to the weird old man. Pretty crap xp for too much work, could get way more slayer xp in that time using less food and pots. Considering Jade vine gives 4x for the same amount of effort or even less and can be done daily. What might be nice is if you fight it the first time, never fight it again, and get a permanent tele to the Odd Old Man . Of course if that is the case and people do start doing that, JaGeX will probably nerf it and make it so you can only tele once a week -.-, but yeah that's really the only use I can see coming from it. http://i700.photobucket.com/albums/ww6/aspeeder/Siggy_zpsewaiux2t.png 99 Strength since 6/02/10 99 Attack since 9/19/10 99 Constitution since 10/03/10 99 Defense since 3/14/11 99 Slayer since 8/30/11 99 Summoning since 9/10/11 99 Ranged since 09/18/11 99 Magic since 11/12/11 99 Prayer since 11/15/11 99 Herblore since 3/29/12 99 Firemaking since 5/15/12 99 Smithing since 10/04/12 99 Crafting since 9/16/13 99 Agility since 9/23/13 99 Dungeoneering since 1/1/14 99 Fishing since 2/4/14 99 Mining since 2/28/14 99 Farming since 6/04/14 99 Cooking since 6/11/14 99 Runecrafting since 10/10/14 9 Fletching since 11/11/14 99 Thieving since 11/14/14 99 Woodcutting since 11/20/14 99 Construction since 12/03/14 99 Divination since 2/22/15 99 Hunter since 2/23/15 99 Invention since 01/20/17 99 Archaeology since 5/14/22 99 Necromancy since 11/22/25 Quest Point Cape since 08/20/09 Maxed since 2/23/15 Fire Cape since 02/27/13 Slayer: 3 Leaf-Bladed Swords, 8 Black Masks, 2 Hexcrests, 26 Granite Mauls, 5 Focus Sights, 33 Abyssal Whips, 9 Dark Bows, 1 Whip Vine, 3 Staffs of Light, 15 Polypore Sticks Dragon: 10 Draconic Visages, 7 Shield Left Halves, 20 Dragon Boots, 40 Dragon Med Helms, 8 Dragon Platelegs, 6 Dragon Spears, 20 Dragon Daggers, 5 Dragon Plateskirts, 1 Dragon Chainbody, 63 Off-hand Dragon Throwing Axes, 19 Dragon Longswords, 27 Dragon Maces, 1 Dragon Ward Treasure Trails: Saradomin Full Helm, Ranger Boots, Rune Body (t), Saradomin Vambraces, Various God Pages Misc:1 Onyx,1 Ahrim's Hood, 1 Guthan's Chainskirt, 1 Demon Slayer Boots
