Low C
Lobsters till 88, monks till 94, sharks till 99. Use cooking guantlets at all times so you wont burn as many.
Championfurydelta123
Lobsters till 88, monks till 94, sharks till 99. Use cooking guantlets at all times so you wont burn as many. Disagree. Swordfish till 88, monks till 91 then go to cooking guild oven (you need varrock armor 3) and cook sharks. wear cooking gauntlets at all time as mentioned you should barely burn any. Thats probably the best one you can do tbh. If you cant use the CG oven, get 93-94 depending on your preferences and just go to Rogues Den. I dont need a siggy no moar. Alex_Ewan_1
Gloves don't prevent monks being burnt. Not sure what up to about 65. Then lobsters until you can do shark without burning, 94 I think? should cost about 4mill for 99. Goals achieved: lvl 99 Cooking, Fishing and Fletching.Surrey CC and Liverpool FC fan for life! Serpent Eye
and im not doing this because Im desperate for a 99. I want it because i like the emote, the cape is pimp, and cooking is pwn. Don't feel like you have to explain your decision to everyone. : When I was getting 99 Cooking, I did: [*:2onogutp]Lobster -> level 80 [*:2onogutp]Swordfish -> level 91 [*:2onogutp]Monkfish -> level 94 [*:2onogutp]Sharks -> level 99 I really suggest you do Family Crest quest ASAP (if you haven't already) and get the Cooking Gauntlets -- they are your friend! Worked out decently enough, didn't lose too much money after I sold the cooked fish back. Once you get up to the higher levels of fish, I suggest that you only by a few thousand fish at a time, to save your sanity. It's quite disheartening to see that you have 25,000 fish left to cook until your next level, etc., etc., and is much easier if you do it in batches of 5,000 or so at a time. Also, I suggest cooking in the Rogue's Den -- it's a great place to make friends! Best of luck, - SerpentEye

Low C
Don't chase capes do what you enjoy. If you enjoy cooking then cook until 99... If you enjoy construction well then work your behind off and get 99... Don't just go for a cape.

If you enjoy construction well then work your behind off and get 99... Don't just go for a cape. Unless, of course, what he enjoys is chasing capes. People can certainly go for a cape for the sake of getting a cape. OT: Best of luck still! I'm working on 99 Thieving right now, too : Thieving cape is hawt. JoeDaStudd
Wine is nice to mix into the works. Its extremely good and fast exp, but has a slight delay. Which is good if you do one load of wine, one load of fish as you get a big chunk of exp during your load. It costs a far bit, but is extremely fast and a nice supplement for the lower levels. Not too sure on how hard they are to get hold of but curry seems to be cheaper uncooked then cooked and gives a nice chunk of exp. My advice is not to pick 99 as you will get extremely bored and more likely then not burnout well before you get the cape.
