Obviously WIP. Working on the beard right now. Ofcourse this is gonna have a lot more detail, gonna give the metal parts a nice texture, nothing too fancy.

Not something I would consider wearing, but as an image it looks pretty promising. It will probably turn out awesome, like all of your other stuff.

Yeah thought I'd start a new one to post my stuff in. I guess I could use my dump-thread but it was getting huge.

 

 

 

 

 

So far there are a couple of hours in this. I'd say like 4-5 ish. It starts off as some small sketches, then I start to work in illustrator, drawing shapes. It's kinda like clay, I never really get it right immediately, I always reshape reshape reshape untill it looks right. This is gonna take a load more hours to finish, but I think it's well worth it.

That all depends on where the shirt goes.

 

If it's a threadless shirt, I have to win first to get paid. Hard, but if you do win, you get a nice big prize of $2000, plus $500 store credit.

 

If it's a teefury shirt, you get $1 per sold shirt that day.

 

If it's a shirt.woot shirt, you get $1000 plus $2 per sold shirt after the first day.

 

If it's a commissioned shirt for a client, it varies alot, from straight up cash payment, or a certain amount of money for each sale. Depends on the client really.

 

 

 

But as I mentioned, this latest one is for myself, my own line. I will be printing this as one of the shirts in my first release.

Oh, that question mark at the end of my last sentence in the earliest post in this thread was unintentional.

The shading on the horns isnt symmetrical, while the whole piece seems to be.

 

(Its not, but you get my point)
