The best Magic offense for any weapon, 10% damage bonus on all spells, one-handed. Relatively easy to get (especially if you can get a Teacher wand). What could be better? So if you have an Teacher Wand you pay to get it UPGRADED, so you lose your Teacher Wand and it is replaced with a Master Wand. This means you need to buy the lowest wand and work yourself up. But of course, you could simply buy a Teacher Wand and save a lot of time. Master Wands are unbuyable atm. ~It's Super Effective!
