Its possible with ZGS and BGS although ZGS doesn't help too much if your sololy meleeing and bandos is about 1 spec per run so its so so. SGS's spec is useful seeing ad it heals prayer and HP. However used in conjunction with maging, the ZGS spec is really helpful to. You freeze the brother, side step and then mage him for a couple of seconds. I usually never have to pray against any brothers and only take slight damage from Karil and ahrim with my ZGS.
