September 11, 200916 yr Looking at this this it doesn't give an option for pouches. I would think its either 1k or 10k every 4 hours. Never bought more then 1k at a time so i have no idea which it would be. If your after shards from pouches its best to by a k or so of the best shard/gp ones as some will sell fast then others and some are in higher demand.
