That last swordfish!

Huh, after a few levels of mostly tunas, I have been mostly getting around 12-16 tuna/swordfish ration.

And no stress, that spot is not for fancy fishin. I'd actually walk up to the eastern wildy fishing spot myself. Revenents aren't that big a deal.

Maybe I'm just a little lucky, but I usually stay around 50-50, sometimes even getting more swordfish. Anyways, there's not really any way to make this not happen, but what Rien said could be helpful. Personally, I just bank everything.

What I actually think is going on, is that the game makes a check to see whether you caught a tuna. Then it makes a check to see weather you caught a swordfish. It alternates one and the other. And my fastest filled inventories seem to alternate smoothly. You can fail either at any fishing level. And the swordies are just that much easier to fail. Especially at a low comparative level like somewhere in the 60s

So im assuming Karajama? In which case you sell to the guy? Then what is the issue with the Tuna?... I dont get this rant... You're complaining because of the last Tuna when all you need to do is sell it or bank it...

ya i didnt really get it either. kind of a lame rant tbh

If you want to make it not happen, you could catch lobsters.

Well there is a luck of the draw kinda thing. Pretent that the games script has created alot of numbers. From 1 all the way to 100 and everytime a fish is caught, the script executes and chooses a random number. 1 - 60 is tuna and 61- 100 is swordies.

The probability of you getting swordies 2 times in a row is about 1 in a hundred. But in reality, swordies are always randomly mixed with other fishes and its very realistic. With nets, people catch salmon, tuna, and other verieties of fish in real life. Besides, Swordies arnt worth the effort. It would be nice of Jagex to make an amulet or a harpoon have a 100% catch rate of swordies.

It takes many people to construct a weapon of mass destruction, but only 1 idiot to use it.

This isn't a problem for me, I just fish lobster since you have a 100% chance of catching them when you fish.

What you just said is the exact reason as of why I don't fish swordfish. I don't actually fish any of the fish in Musa Point now, I just fish at Lumbridge River, where all the trouts and salmons inhabit.

Yeah, it is incredibly annoying. It's also most noticeable when it's tuna-drop-tuna-drop-tuna-drop about ten times rather than tuna swordie swordie tuna tuna tuna swordie tuna tuna tuna tuna tuna tuna swordie-drop drop drop drop drop drop drop drop drop.

That's why I catch lobsters, though. Less clicky-hassle.

Balance may be power, but chaos is still pretty damn fun.

Canada can't be second rate, polar bears are their main mode of transportation.
