February 14, 201214 yr Easier said than done but sure, why not? Takes lots of time ofcourse Prayer, runecrafting and mining are always gonna be tough obstacles though and perhaps crafting too since gem prices are crazy but with the lower xp rates it's just a lot of time and patience you need :)
