swampjedi
I'd like to be able to filter specific forums from my New Content feed. For example, I don't do clans - and new clan posts seem to make up at least 50% of the posts. I'd like to be able to filter any clan board posts out of my feed. Thanks,J My Goals and Achievements
das
the clan boards are that active? Score, we are making progress :P I'll see if this can be done for you and get back to you. obfuscator
the clan boards are that active? Score, we are making progress :PMy thoughts exactly :DYou'd be surprised, clan topics are almost always in the top 5. That would useful, though I don't use that link too much. Shazarabbit
Wow great idea! It would be useful to many people, with the filter would it be possible to prioritize types? So that instead of going through a list you could have the ones you would most like to see at the top of the list? Hawks
Perhaps by forum group? Like General Discussions, RuneScape Discussions, Forum/Website Discussion would be epic, although preferably by forum/subforum if you don't want Rants or Off-Topic in your new posts thing. sig by Soa.....tip.it times.....art & mediadeviantart/flickr/last.fm/steam/twitter/tumblr/youtube
MageUK
There is no per-user filter. We can only set forum-wide which forums are blocked from "View New Content".

MageUK
I didn't ask what exists, I asked what CAN exist. Sure, it CAN exist. It's not going to unless someone else makes it.
swampjedi
Which was exactly what I was asking. Now, does anyone on the staff have a useful response? My Goals and Achievements
The Observer
Which was exactly what I was asking. Now, does anyone on the staff have a useful response? Actually I'd say that they responded decently. There are many other things on the forum (done by volunteer work) that has to be done I'm sure, so this wouldn't be on the top priority. And clicking on the "View New Content" button, I see no clan topics on the first page. Just like any other forum, there are times when areas are more active than others. the clan boards are that active? Score, we are making progress :PMy thoughts exactly :D Yes, it's always good.
obfuscator
Which was exactly what I was asking. Now, does anyone on the staff have a useful response? His response was quite useful. Don't expect people to be nice to you when your replies are rude. Is the idea interesting? Absolutely. Is it worth implementing? I think so. Do the admins have time to design the modification completely from scratch? Nope and they probably won't any time soon.
