You open the door, and a wight immediately spots you, draws it's sword and starts charging.

 

Earth-

(Don't turn it into an RTS, it just makes my life more difficult, so I'm going to say that your minions need to be near you for them to follow your commands.)

Jen-

Once again, armour reduces the damage of attacks and the chance of taking damage, and does not prevent them, and thus, you fail.

Ice wisps can't really communicate, and they wouldn't move even if they could. They're bound to certain locations, objects, or people.

 

Umbra-

They are suspect of you, but ask you for any information you may have anyway.

Sonnuva.... Grim attempts to trip the wight up with geomancy before attempting to hit it with a beam of abyssal fire with aid from his battle staff.

ok, sorry to both. and dude, i just wnted to give them a standing order, so they would do somthing that i cant do.. but anyways.

*tells one imp to begin practising magic, while earth works on his necro be animating some skeletons, telling the other imps to wait*

if this turns it into an RTS then just say all the imps practise magic.

Jen attempts to add a layer of protective coating on her armor which will help reduce the damage of one attack. Then she fires a few freezing rays which are slightly smaller than usual at the wight's weak spots (eyes, joints in arms, joints in legs, peeeeelvic area, wings). She raises her polemace to prepare for melee combat.

 

Grim, I have to go now. Can you please control Jen and keep her farcasting? She has a polemace which she can smash people on the head with (she's not that good with it) with a charge on it, for one powerful ice attack, and it can fire automatic ice shards. Suggested attack is the freezing ray with ice shards, but she can also do general things with ice, freeze things solid (toughie) and can create icy winds. Oh, she can use all kinds of random water magic too, as part of her anti-magic thingie.

 

Please keep her farcasting. She just fails at melee combat.

Grim-

The wight stumbles on the rock, but you fail to use any fire magic.

 

Earth-

minions don't have skill totals, their skill is fraction of yours. You animate 3 skeletons. Your control over your minions begins to wane due to the amount you have summoned.

 

Jen-

The wight has no eyes, and is skeletal. You hit it with freezing rays, which deal some damage. You fail to enhance your armour.

Umbra leaves to the forest and summons up a few dark elementals.

*dismisses the imps but keeps the mephite (might come in handy) and tries to animate more skeletons, takes the pickaxe and the dagger, givving the dagger ton one skeleton*

Grim tries again to hit the wight with a beam of hell-fire with aid from his battle staff. He then throws a barrage of fire-balls from his pendant.

Jen adds her own power to the power of her charged attack that she made earlier to attempt to freeze the Wight solid, bones and all. The hope is that the bones will easily shatter as a result.

 

Afterwards, if the Wight is definitely frozen solid, she asks Grim to smash it to bits. If the Wight is definitely frozen solid, Jen tries to add some of her power to the ice Wisp (like not her ice magic levels, but like when she charges an attack)

You arrive at the forest and summon two dark elementals.

 

Earth-

Yeah, +.2 necromancy. You give the dagger to a skeleton and dismiss everything except the mephit.

 

Grim-

You fail to hit the wight. The fireballs do slight damage.

 

Jen-

You kill the wight with the ice blast. +.2 ice.

*goes and cuts some more wood, tries to find some more iron, and regardless whether these suceeed or not, he goes to forge more pickaxes*

Grim and Jen continue into the room checking for traps as they go. Grim goes in the front checking for traps and charging a barrage of fireballs. Jen goes a little bit behind him and gathers a barrage of ice shards as she goes.

I also attempt to set up dark mines around the area, like traps

 

Also concentrated shadow to make it hard for them to move and I also try to summon a few more dark elementals.

(question, to enter lichdom, do i need a relic to become a proto lich? or can i become a proto lich at lev 20?)EDIT: is ross researching? or did he get heart attacked again? :blink:

Earth-

Yes, although it's much weaker than most other schools of magic.

You fail to cut any wood, and you fail to mine anything. You forge a single pickaxe before running out of iron.

You need a relic to progress from demi to lich. Becoming a protolich is not difficult if you have 20 necromancy.

 

Grim-

You come to a locked door.

 

Rocco-

You come across the entrance to an old tunnel in the forest.

 

Umbra-

You fail to create any dark traps.

 

You create a strange fog which will restrict movement, but fail to summon any elementals. +.1 dark.

I try the traps again and the elementals again.

[Grim_]

Grim scans the area behind the door and then blasts it off with force magic after checking for traps.

Jen gathers more ice shards and starts charging an attack.

I'm not rolling for two people, so we'll have to wait for now, sorry.

Blargh... Then Grim sits down and meditates upon ritualism and Jen meditates upon ice magic for 30 minutes.

[Earth]

back, i got disconnected.

*gives the 2 pickaxes he fored to the 2 unarmed skeletons, and goes to mine with them, then he ccuts down some more wood*
