Jen follows closely behind Grim, checking for traps, and attempts to prepare a burst of ice magic energy that can be called upon at any time during the dungeon.

Igos meets up the lich at it's lair.

Grim-

You already cleared the first room a while back. You note a group of wraiths in the next room.

 

Rocco-

"You..You're not an imp..."

 

Jen-

You charge a bolt of ice energy as you follow Grim. However, it will make you slightly less perceptive to your environment.

 

Igos-

The lich looks different from before due to becoming a full lich. There is a chain pinned from where a heart would be to his hip.

"Hello, apprentice. I noticed that you seem powerful enough to begin the path to lichdom, but you have not. Why is this?"

Jen follows closely behind Grim, since she's less perceptive. If Grim begins attacking the Wraiths, then Jen fires a hail of ice shards automatically with her staff, and a freezing ray at them. She still has her charge.

Grim shoots at the wraiths with magedeath arrows before drawing his silver sword and preparing to get close.

"I have certain duties that would be...difficult if that was to happen. I am still interested in what you have to tell me, though."

Meanwhile, Archarnis checks up for settlers/exile refugees at Ikana. He is the temporary duke.

Earth-

You mine some clay. +.1 mining.

 

Rocco-

"Uh, yeah..where was it you said? Ivory tower...Uuuh, I heard of a place like that west of here. I think."

 

Jen-

You attack the wraiths, who appear to be fairly resistant to ice.

 

Grim-

You kill one of the wraiths with your arrows, and then they all attack. You manage to block. +.2 archery.

 

Igos-

"What possible duties could divert you from immortality?"

There are 3 families, but they seem to have let themselves in and settled down.

*continues trying to mine the same way as before, with the imps helping/guarding asnd the mephite guarding*

Luckily for water!

 

 

Jen fires a powerful jet of water at the wraiths, with her polemace upraised, ready to bash in some wraith face if they manage to get past Grim. She hopes that wraiths don't hit well against ice armor.

Grim force pushes jen back and jump/teleports back before summoning a lava plume under the wraiths.

Rocco-

You fail to summon anything.

 

Earth-

You mine some iron. +.2 mining.

 

Jen-

You kill one of the wraiths. +.1 ice.

 

Grim-

You fail to kill any of the wraiths.

yes! soime steel and then i can equip my minions, and make some devious traps.. and equip me, thank the gods for the multipurpose workshop!

Grim attempts to shoot a beam of fire at the wraiths with aid from his battle staff. He then starts shooting them with magedeath arrows.

Jen wonders how many wraiths there can possibly be.

 

She backs away until she is behind Grim again, before trying a new tact. Instead of using purely ice or water, she will try a hail/freezing rain attack, where there will be a rush of water with ice shrapnel inside it. This unique combination will hopefully do more damage than each individually. She uses her ice staff for the ice part.

Archarnis checks how many people total, and if any of them are soldiers or have noteworthy skills.

Earth-

"And you don't think necromancy would stain your name as it is...?"

They are just regular families, no special skills.

Jen fires another jet of hot water, seeing as that seems to be the only thing that damages them.

Sorry Grim, I have to go to bed now. You can go on into the dungeon for now, and I'll be right there tomorrow to help out.

Grim tries to innundate the room with fire with aid from his battle staff. He then closes his eyes and lobs a flash of blinding light into the room.

"I suppose you are right, but people would be unnerved by such an appearance."

Earth-

Jen-

You damage a wraith.

 

Grim-

You damage all the wraiths, but fail to kill any. The flash does nothing.

 

Igos-

"You cannot truly understand the undead till you join their ranks. Is there anybody who could possibly take your place?"

Retech, Grim, will one of you please take control of Håkon tonight? Things I want done; 1. Orient armour on current situation and how/where it was found, 2. Make sure armour is fine, 3. Deliver armour to thundercloud (might be ignored depending on armours reactions), 4. make electric prism grenades (stop after 150), 5. construct grenade shooter by making a large gun with a quartz crystal enchanted with force magic on hammer, 5. train.
