i use my axe to attack, and i use necro to do some damage. i also throw acid.

"Cerebus, Ciacco, or Plutus you be? Pray tell great being, shall you befriend me?"

 

If he tries to attack, I send steel shards at his eyes, head, and stomach.

You don't seem to notice anyone inside, so you flee as fast as you can. You manage to stop yourself moments before you run off a cliff. Apparantly you are on a mountain top.

The figure blocks your attack with his twin swords, and swings his right sword down, cutting off your left hand.

 

-Earth

 

The figure parries your axe with a single sword, and pushes the axe back at you. You are unable to complete the rest of your action because of this.

The creature, which is about 1.5x the size of a human, grunts loudly, and tilts its head to the side. Then he goes back to whittling the wood.

i swing my axe, and i continue using necro and acid to hurt him.

I take of the cloak and attempt to climb down to use it.

Kemios swears and attempts to use his bayoneted staff to impale the figure.

Can you be a bit more specific with necro and acid? Just saying that you are using it only helps when the action you are doing is ambigious, but "hurting" doesn't really mean anything.

 

I take of the cloak and attempt to climb down to use it.

simple i throw acid bolts at it to eat away at its swords and body, and the necro is to make it more sluggish in its reations... swining my axe is jsut that, swinging my axe.

Håkon flies up to the platform, "Ah, those amateurs.", he then throws a shock grenade at the humanoid and shoots it with his revolver.

I ask it what it's carving I try to form a tower shield out of the steel bars I have.

I use the robe as string, i'm walking down the cliff naked, tying the robe to anything that I can hold onto.

You manage to climb down the cliff. Ironically, you arrive in an even colder location than before. The snow feels cold against your feet, and the chilly winds feel especially powerful without clothes on.

The staff goes right through the heart region of the figure, and he falls limp, his weight resting on the bayonet.

 

-Earth

 

It appears that the figure is already dead. (Please be more specific though, there are a lot of uses for the magic that you aren't using)

You encounter the sphere of flying metal shrapnel, and decide against flying in.

It doesn't seem to understand what you're saying, but you manage to form the tower shield.

oh. okay. sorry retech. i hop up to the golems head from the platform.

Kemios removes his staff from the figure, then stabs it again a couple times for good measure.

I try to do a fire spell and then carry on walking through the cold. As the robe seems to be magical, I try to eat it to gain some of its magic power.

Håkon uses allomancy and geomancy to propell the shrapnel at the humanoid.

Sweetness. That picture was the several-story-tall "Tower Knight" from Demon's Souls. Annoying as all hell to fight. You have to roll in all directions to avoid being impaled or shield-smashed, get behind it and slash at it's heels, avoid getting clipped in the head by its metal heel when it jumps back, and run like hell if you're attacking from a range to avoid being torn apart by its magic lance spell. I've died fighting it several times, and I'm a fairly good player.

 

Anywho, I start walking around to see what else there is in the area.

You stab the figure several times, and he falls to the floor. However, there still is the issue of being stuck in a sphere of flying shrapnel.

Your mind cannot think of a possible fire spell to do. You begin eating the robe, but you feel sick, causing you to stop. Suddenly the area grows dark again.

All you can see around is a yucky field of mud and dirty rain falling all around you. The creature seems almost done with its woodwork.

The humanoid seems dead, but the shrapnel still seems perfectly in his control.

i throw a an acidic bolt at the sphere, as that would probobly melt the shrapnel.

I shrug, and then begin forming magically retractable steel spikes on my armour and shield. I also try to determine a method to make metal wings that can actually fly.

Kemios loots the robed man's corpse.

I run away as quickly as I can, trying to think of some random spell to do in an attempt to destroy everything around me.

You melt part of the sphere, but it immediately reforms.

You successfully create the magical retractable spikes on your armor and shield. Unfortunately, it still requires mental imput, so it has a chance of failure. You figure out that it is possible to make metal wings that can fly, but it would put great stress on your body.

 

The creature seems to be very happy at its new creation, and jumps up and down. It starts walking away from the cave, ignoring you.

The robed man melts into a puddle of liquid metal, scalding your right hand and making you drop your staff, where it falls to the pit below. The pool of metal reforms into the humanoid figure again, and he speaks his first words.

 

"Didn't think it would be that easy, right?"

 

-Hex

 

The three robed sorcerers appear again, this time surrounding you. When they move in, they strike up a conversation.

 

"You know, I have a splendid idea. If he killed our old apprentice who was doing our mission, why don't we make him do it in his stead.

"Hmmm, we should just kill him and be done with it.

"No no no, hear him out."

"Well we obviously can't do it, and we can't risk the life of our other apprentice. He could certainly do it!"

"Good plan, are we agreed?

"Yep!"

"I guess so..."

 

They turn to you and ask quite politely. "Would you like to fufill a task for us?"

i tell the guy, "no. but im wondering.. are you jsut another guardian? or somthing independant of the golem?" i throw another bolt of acid at the figure, hoping to elt him a bit more.
