Jen attempts to freeze the ring of fire solid using her ice staff thingy. She doesn't feel hot, because of her tiara. Then she tries to break the cage easily with her polemace. She walks through the ring of fire, which shouldn't burn because of the effects of the tiara. Then she attempts to freeze Igos solid, before charging at Archi with her polemace raised high. She's wearing protective goggles, to protect her from the light.

I'm only guessing that stun removed them..

 

Umbra creates barb tendrils and attempts to constrict the arms of Jen, Igos, Archanis

I assume I arrived in Ikana?

 

Vera asks around for the following:

A training area/dojo, a sword store, a crafting store, or general store or something.

Håkon attempts to carve a small piece of the tree he fell into a simple lock nut mechanism.

Igos telepathically tells Vera, "There is an empty barracks with a few training dummies, a smith, merchants, weavers, and stoneworkers."

Igos uses his necromancy to have skeletal hands pull Umbra to the ground.

Archarnis makes a small sun to burn Ares.

Vera goes to the empty barracks and starts training with the dummies.

Jen sits down and begins to find new insights in ice magic (maybe a new attack?)(Also, please roll on the two hours of meditation before)

Jen-

How does one freeze fire solid :blink:, you fail to freeze Igos.

I did roll on the meditation. You got .2 ice xp. You learn a new attack by thinking of it, it's your current magic level and success rate which matters.

 

Umbra-

Archarnis, Igos and Jen are constricted slightly. +.1 shadow.

 

Hakon-

You succeed. +.1 crafting.

 

Igos-

You pin Umbra to the ground for a while. +.2 necromancy.

 

Archarnis burns Ares for some damage. +.2 solarmancy.

 

Vera-

+.3 swordsmanship.

 

Ares-

Takes his chance and launches an arc of dark energy at Umbra for a knockout, but misses slighly and hits his leg instead. +.1 dark.

 

 

Oh yeah, and a note, meditation has a chance to make your mind go blank and make you lose a small amount of xp, since otherwise it would be free afk xp.

Vera continues training.

Umbra attempts to break the skeletal hands as rotted bones are generally weak

 

I then fire loads of dark magic bolts using my staff at Ares

Grim starts shooting mage death arrows at the wraiths before shifting to the shield with the whole gem in the center.

Igos grabs his dagger and cuts away at the tendrils.

Archarnis tries buring the tendrils, and then heals himself.

Håkon attempts to add the locking mechanism and string to his crossbow.

Kemios wakes up and attempts to summon a lightning elemental.

Vera-

Umbra-

You struggle free, and eventually break the bones. You try to cast, but due to you still stumbling, miss completely.

 

Grim-

The 5 wraiths notice you as soon as you draw your weapon. You kill one, and injure another and the other three warp next to you to attack. Two of them hit you for moderate damage.

Igos-

You cut the tendrils away. +.2 swordsmanship.

 

Archarnis fails to burn the tendrils.

 

Hakon-

you fail to assemble the pieces.

 

Kemios-

You accidentily explode yourself and fly across the field.

 

Ares-

Attempts to fire another arc of darkness at Umbra's legs, and succeeds in keeping him from regaining his balance and dealing some minor damage. +.2 dark.

Umbra summons a dark elemental and some more barb tendrils

 

I get back up and try the same attack on Ares again

I continue training, then I go out and look for someone to train with.

Grim attempts to shield bash one of them with his gem embedded shield before trying to stab another with a jab from his cold fire lance. He then attempts to heal himself.

Igos hurls a fireball Ares' way.

Archarnis tries buring the tendrils with solarmancy again.

Kemios attempts to summon a sound elemental.

Umbra-

The tendrils fire the elemental which you summoned and the elemental grabs Ares' foot, dragging him down at a quick pace.

 

Vera-

You gain no xp, unfortunately.

 

Grim-

They're ethereal beings, and as such, non magic based attacks don't work. You injure another wraith with your lance (Magical) +.2 lance skill.

 

Igos-

The fireball misses due to Ares being dragged down.

 

Archarnis fails to break free again.

 

Kemios-

You summon a sound elemental. +.2 sound magic.

 

Ares-

Tries to launch a lance of light at the elemental grabbing his leg, destroying it utterly and then landing on the ground again. +.2 light.

Oh God that wasn't what I wanted to do..

 

I wanted to just keep the elemental alive and fire dark magic bolts at you... damn you..

 

I fire dark magic bolts at you... And summon another few dark elementals to disrupt the other mages on the ground

(ross the gem in the center of the shield has the same properties as the magedeath arrows...unless it has been saturated) If the shield has not been saturated then grim attempts again to shield bash using the crystal part. If it has he puts it back in hammer space draws his other weapons and then throws a barrage of fire balls from his pendant and afterwards starts shooting at them with magedeath arrows.

Igos summons more skeletal hands to hold Ares down, and then tries throwing another fireball at him.

Archarnis tries buring the tendrils with solarmancy...again.

Vera goes to a store and buys some tools, including:

 

Hammer, saw, shovel, pickaxe, and nails. How much does this all cost?
