Hakon fails.

Jen's eyes bulge but nothing substantive happens.

 

She finds some more dark.

Vera looks around the shack for any water, and if she fails she goes outside and looks/listens for a stream or any source of water.

Grim-

None, since you know the way.

It takes 5 minutes to finish the journey.

Umbra-

Different people have different skills...Even if they look like the same skill.

 

You create a dark lance but it doesn't seem very flight worthy.

+.2 Dark.

Vera-

You find a pouch of water.

I give the water to the boy, then ask him again where he's from and what happened. While he's drinking, I also check the shack for anything useful.

Hmm scratch the lance idea then

 

I try to create dark magic missiles (not explosive like regular missiles though, but they will kind of burst when they hit the target)

Vera-

The shack seems to be fairly run down, with nothing much of value.

The boy says he is from a nearby town, the town of Burswood. While he was sleeping the two men broke in and grabbed him, threw him a sack and dragged him here.

Umbra-

Right...

You start making progress.

Jen keeps wandering around. She tries to create a crystal tree made of icy wood.

"They said you were cursed. Do you know anything about that? And who's Jan, there are two letters with that name on it."

Jen-

Nothing seems to be changed.

Umbra continues his progress, they're kind of thin missiles that just fly through the air, I try to give them a pointed tip for a bit of penetration power, they should bust when they hit

Vera-

"Jan's my mam's name! Is she alright! Is she here!"

Grim brings hamilton into the town/village. He then asks her if she has a house and if she can walk there.

(Argh, get me out of here~!)

 

Jen attempts to create a crystal tree again. (I'll just stay and learn a new attack before I kill myself. <_< )

Umbra feels proud of himself...then realises he has developed the dark magic bolt.

"No, but according to these letters she paid these men to do this to you. Do you have any idea why they thought you were cursed, you seem alright to me."

Grim-

"Yes" and walks off.

(Icu you very likely will have to use the gate of shadows to summon jen back out)

EDIT: Grim shrugs and looks around town (hmm... I have 2,000 gold on me [standard amount for me])

Wait, I thought a bolt was a tiny bit of dark magic, I was trying to create a larger version really :/

Håkon attempts to fix his armor.

There seems to be no change.

Vera-
