Ares wonders what the hell is actually keeping him standing, and inspects the "Ground"

Håkon tries to grow the gems.

Vera-

40 minutes.

Jen prays to the gamemaster god. "Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp meeee!"

I have to go for a bit, so I start on that.

Grim-You move the tree off of the road.

Umbra-

Oh yeah.

 

One of your traps is sprung, the other one fails to go off. The Giant roars

Ares-

It seems to be dark.

Hakon fails to grow the gems.

As I'm still invisible, I begin to run around, I fire my new large bolts of dark magic while creating shadow spikes to impale the giant, he should also be trapped for a bit

Grim and his illusionary copies continue down the road.

Jen

Nothing changes.

Ares tries to break the solid dark which seems to be capable of holding him up.

Jen says the magic word. "Please"

 

Meanwhile, she thinks that maybe the shadow realm is just a giant box, so she tries to find a wall.

Håkon tries to grow the gems.

Umbra-

The crystal tumbles out of your hand and you become visible. Even worse the giant sees you!

It tears free of the trap and attacks you, fortunately doing minor damage.

 

The Village Watch is alerted.

Grim-

You come to a cave.

Ares-

You fall sideways as the 'solid dark' moves to somewhere that it is not being hit.

Jen- How long do you want to walk for?

Hakon fails.

I summon some orbs of light and send an elemental into the cave.

Jen walks for five minutes.

Umbra begins moving around and away from the giant, He summons more shadow barbs to constrict around the giant legs and fires more large dark magic bolts at his face to blind him

Grim-

A bear and cubs run out of the cave.
