No, that was loot (which she stole from me, by accident). You can attempt it, but quite a lot of the time you get an effect you don't really want.

Well every person except Ross and someother person I can't remember, has had a bad effect.

 

I tried changing into shadow, and I coulnd't interact with anything anymore so I had to die.

 

I think Igos or someone tried turning something into a skeleton or something and got completely turned into one, I think they died and it went.

Well Kemios got wings, I think.

 

 

Well at least I get to play for an hour or so, before I have to leave for tennis.

Kemios got turned into a birdman, so yeah.

Also, somebody got turned into a gargoyle before. You can only do it right at really high levels though, otherwise it's just a random occurance.

Yeah at lower levels I would stick to scans and possibly changing your eyesight (for instance for fire/[possibly] ice you could switch to thermal vision)

Remember all those times when you almost die because ya switch to thermal? I prefer scanning to that, since at least you can't fail to switch back to being normal.

Well I can always see in the dark now due to my vision being changed, it doesn't effect me seeing daytime though.

Hey.... almost and that very likely had nothing to do with thermal. Also I have solved that problem by going permanently thermal in one eye and normal in the other (I use an eye patch). The only real reason I would find thermal useful is if it is pitch black and I am stalking people.

Yeah you'd suck with all range attacks, that means spells too.

Eh may as well switch that eye back to normal vision (then get fire magic levels so I can switch to thermal whenever the heck I want)

Actually aside from some minor things like changes of vision I think that ross is the only person who successfully changed his body

The closest thing I've come to magically changing my body must have been when I created those quarts armours.

And this is why I no longer use my character. Since it's all arbitary and there are no set rules, it's easy to be biased without knowing it.

 

For example, if somebody else got a 13, I might say "Meh, you succeed, but not that well", but if I got the 13, I might say "13 is a success. Bleh."
