I would really like to finish the 2nd fairy quest, but I don't have the farming and herblore lvls for it. What's the fastest way I can get these lvls up? Not too concerned about money, just nothing too crazy is okay.

Start doing herbs runs and plant the highest level herb you can (always use supercompost).

Use the herbs from farming to get your herblore up; if you don't get enough herbs then buy ranarrs and make prayer pots or just make super potions.

I think you should grow harralander, seeds are cheap, you can obtain red spider eggs fairly easily, or chocolate bars (-> dusts) from RFD Chest. If you don't mind spending as you stated, (TheLeonardo's suggestion) prayer potion is pretty nice, you can grow some of the ranarr and buy others.

 

For farming, as troacctid stated, highest level fruit tree and tree you can grow can give really fast experience.

Highest level tree is crazy money drain. Dont go anything more than willow/maple unless you are really rich.

Highest fruit tree is fine as they always need 1day to grow.

Even at 38 farming, toadflax is 4-5x as profitable as harralander while providing better xp. Ranarr is even better for money.

Get one more level and then it's orange trees FTW. I've been doing orange trees all the way to level 77 :^_^: (And some other stuff too, but most of it was from orange trees)

 

You might want to consider getting a farming boost like cider or garden pie. Just remember to reboost up when you check-health.

If it is your lowest skill, Tears of Guthix once a week works wonders.

 

Also, pending penguin points on it also works wonders, especially at levels that low (no offence).

Make sure to use Penguin Points on Herblore, because it's pricey.

Do herbs for money and do high level trees, never do mages tough, even though u cant plant yews for a while there the best xp imo, 2x xp of maples and only like 1.5x the cost. Palms are the best fruit, but always do your best. And calquats are worth doing later on too.
