myriad902
Whenever I'm woodcutting, I constantly wish there was some 'drop X' option so that I wouldn't have to go through the arduous task of right clicking and left clicking 28 times. Drop X please Jagex! spling
bank them. I don't think this is a good idea. fish an inventory, drop x, woodcut, drop x, too easy. However, I was just coming to this forum to make a post of the same nature. Check it out! Check out RuneScript and RuneTracker!

E_D_G_E_1039
OMG GREAT IDEA!!! Make the game even easier for autoers! A+++ For you :?
myriad902
Uhh, not that much easier. It's pretty damn easy to have an autoer go to certain spots in your inventory and right-click then left-click. There's way too many random events for autoers to even exist now.
AThousandLies
I think maybe a Drop X option would be good for stacked items ... but otherwise, no.

Bubsa
The only way this would ever be considered would be if the dropping still took the same time. For example, each ore/wood etc takes 2 seconds to drop, then the next drops. If you click anywhere else, it stops dropping. I'd still say no though ;) This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you.

I'll toot my own horn a little here and say that I pointed this out before cook X was implemented :) Anwyays, the longer time is a fair trade-off for less clicking. lpinkus

Kevin_
are you that lazy? the game is easy enough as it is. whats next? do you want a car driving you around in wildy so you don't need to click? NO THX. Some people dream of success, while others make it happen.
Doomster
For the reduction of RSI, all repetive actions should be "X'ed", the speed made perhaps only as fast as a perfectly co-ordinated player, if the object is not to speed up a skill. Going on from that, for bulk items like runes, the buy 10 / sell 10 maximum is quite ridiculous.
eliisgood
no......it would make the game too easy (as did the "cook X" feature, that was annoying!) just light the logs on fire and get a fire-making level if you want to.....that is what I constantly do, and I am over level 50 in firemaking and woodcutting. It would make it far too easy for rune merchants to get mass amounts of runes. 1 Person could buy out an entire shop in a matter of seconds/minutes. Selling, I see how it is annoying. I just stick the item in the row second from the bottom, keep the mouse pointer toward the bottom of the item, and just keep left and right clicking. Can even watch TV while doing it :D

I definately agree, adding this option to all tasks would be ideal in reducing RSI involved with Runescape. Dropping multiple objects is neither challenging, nor entertaining. The entire point of Runescape is to be entertaining, tedious tasks should be eliminated in order to prevent players from quitting and thus Jagex possible revenue. Junkieman
now, i was thinking about having this the other day, for completely a different reason. anyway, ill get to that after, it does have benefits though for cooking-can drop burnt food quickly. stackable items-you might only want to drop a certain amount, but then i realised 'why? the only reason you'd want to drop is to make space, and this makes no sense'. This was the reason i wanted to drop, i wanted to note stuff and go around dropping notes of 1 all over the place! HAHAHAHAH. Note:I was quite bored at the time. It came to me when i saw a noted tuna, and scrambled for it, but some other guy got there first. then i felt bitter.
