A graphical update for the high-scores and forums, infinite amounts of ore available in each rock so mining becomes the same as woodcutting, removal of the make-x function, and an unannounced text change.

I honestly have no idea what they're planning. Even though I really shouldn't, I have high expectations since they haven't released anything in three weeks and it's a new year.

Wouldn't it be cool if you could know your drops or something? LIke, "Rub ring -> Tormented demons -> 10 more kills for Dragon Claws" I would at least get an idea of how many monsters I need to kill before I get a good drop. I would be so excited if that happened.

That would not be cool, it takes out all the fun of monster hunting

The challenge of a mistake is not to avoid it. The challenge of a mistake is dealing with the outcome.

Machinima contest?

I really hope so. Missed out on the last one and I've really wanted to make a RS machinima for a while now...

You can always hope for it :). However I don't share this "feeling" of yours.

Since Mod Dylan returned, I have high hopes over the quests of 2010. :P

Also, as the first update this year, FTP3 would be my guess, it's the last part in a series and already quite some time in QA (god, I hope there was some QA staff at work during this 3 weeks), so it surely would be a good bang for 2010, the official year of awesomeness, according to MMG.
