Arieondor
Well you've eliminated pretty much all of the best methods... (yews and steel bars). So with what you are willing to do i'd say mine coal, it would help to get 60 mining so you have access to the mining guild.

If you're having trouble getting to 60 mining, then just powermine iron for a bit.
Epic
Hmm... Well, honestly steel bars and yew logs are probably the simplest (Though maybe not fastest...) methods for you... What are your combat stats? Do you only have magic? I would suggest mining iron ore at the east Varrock mine, and bank for money. Once you get 60 mining, you can smelt all the bars for some smithing experience, and more money, then go mine coal in the Mining Guild. Is that is too much trouble, then you can just kill level 8 Cockroach Drones. They are weak, and drop noted coal, as well as gems of all levels, and a number of other items that sell for a pretty decent price. If you have the friend, then kill Cockroach Soldiers with lootshare on. They drop plenty of runes, and are very close to a bank, so that makes it much easier. Beware though, they're level 83!Ciao If you want to know who I am, then just ask. As a general rule of thumb, I believe that most humans are idiots.Runescape players doubly so. K4ylan
I'd merchant Maple Logs until you can buy 25K of them at a time. Then I'd switch to merchanting steel/mithril bars. You could also merchant Lobster/Swordfish if you so choose. These are great merchanting items for F2P and P2P. ~~~The Harpy List~~~Harpy Facts~~~It's Super Effective~~~The Beginning~~~Harpy Therapy Center~~~Alg~~~Jedi Harpy~~~Rohirrim~~~Attenuation~~~
Youmu
You do realize that Runecrafting is the best moneymaker in F2P, right? Get at least 19 Runecrafting (the level you profit), and do Water Runes. Due to prices, water runes are pretty much the best moneymaker, and if you are 95+, you can earn 200k+ gp/hour. If you are looking for exp/hour though, do air runes + the Varrock teleport. Though, air runes are still good profit. Umoria
You put away the best moneymakers in F2P so far.Well, exept for RC waterrunes. Mining iron for some cash, and when you hit 60, enter the mining guild and mine coal is an option you can consider.Since you don't want steelbars, it's not worth it to keep the ores I guess. Someone said merchanting: go merchanting if you understand how it works, and what you have to do. On a daily base you must check prices, and sell at the right time.It will take some time though. And with a stack of 544K it is not likely you can double that quickly with merchanting. So RC waterrunes, and mining iron, and at 60, coal in the guild. Well, you can enter when you are 59, and use dwarfstout. It's only 3 gp in the bar in Falador.Worth the money to get access to lots of coals if you ask me. "We had gay burglars the other night. atronic92
You could craft gold bars into gold rings. I don't know how many you could do in one hour, though. wormy
Hmm, spend what you have to get 50 rc, then play the rc guild minigame. People have gotten better so I only get about 150k-200k gp/hr now :( Next up is buying flour from the port sarim food store(sorry but you will need some full water buckets) and making pizza bases. While you are buying the flour might as well grab the tomatoes and cheeses and make some uncooked pizzas. About 200k/hr including the time it takes to fill the 550 water buckets. It takes a little over an hour to buy all 500 flours, make into bases, and refill the buckets. Gold rings are probably a great idea, I think you can make about 1.2k/hr so if you dont find that boring stick with it.
