foursideking
this is a decent guide, yet is semi-devious in a way. As you only have 1 type of food for each level, its hard to really compare those to anything, which'd make someone like me who likes variety in what they cook a bit tough to find a comprimise. Also, I doubt that it'd take those exact times to get the xp, should put something in front of them like a "~" or "roughly". Overall though, this guide gets a 7/10 from me, making me want to try to get a cooking cape after i get this quest cape...lol
Bladewing
How could you ask for variety in the fish you cook? It's the exact same no matter which you use. Withdraw all, cook all, deposit all, repeat. Anyway, not much new information here, but at least you ran some numbers. Consider adding sections regarding wine and pies. Grimy_Bunyip
I know this is your first guide but I'm going to rake you over the coals for now. this guide basically tells us how the majority of runescapers would think of training cooking.A guide really should be able to inform a good portion of the readers of something new. like mentioned, you should include pies/winesyou could make mention that it takes exactly 2.4 game seconds to cook a fishyou could make mention that alternating between two different cooking surfaces (a fire and a cooking range) can allow a dextrous player to exceed the 1 fish per 2.4 second limityou could mention when you stop burning certain foods with cooking gauntlets.I don't see cavefish/rocktail? there is a certain level you stop burning them with cooking gauntlets i heard the guide is a little too obvious. Even a skill like cooking has more nuance than "lets just cook the cheapest/fastest fish we can til 99" if you just know about it.I mean it's not bad for a new guide, but do much more research next time. Vulxai
Don't just give us ONE option to cook. This is the most highly known way to train cooking, so we're not learning anything from this guide. I'd add more variety, possibly some pictures here and there, some minor tips and tricks if you can find any. It's actually a pretty decent try for a first-time guide. You usually never see anyone running any numbers in their first guides. Cooking monks gives a loss of 170k from 90-94. I'll bet that if you cook monks from 81-90 you still spend far less than 17M despite that you burn some monks. And you get faster experience.
