i dont know if you guys noticed, but magic and range were hitting them at thesame rate and power in full rune as in mage robes/drag hide (last trip was half year ago, so could be fixed) dunno if the bonusses are kept thesame. ayway, i brought this on a trip

I've only been twice =( Everyone says my stats are good enough to go so I'm gonna post them and see what yal think I should do. The times I've gone I mage the warriors, range the mage, and melee the ranger.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I bring full mystic, black hide body, mage short, 100 mith arrows, rune pl8 and legs, runes for earth wave or fire blast, d scimmy, 4 prayer pots(4) shovel, holy wrench, zammy book, lava staff, pineapple pizzas, ring of dueling to get out...and I think thats it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

P.S. what does ectophial do??? Is it worth getting?

Guthan, Verac, Dharok, and Torag all have very good range def so it actually isnt cuz slayer dart takes em down in like 10-20 seconds.

this gear can last very long time..but it requires high def

 

 

 

i only drink 1 does pray pot for dhoark and 1 does for veracs eact trip(if dhoark is in tunnel..i will need 1 more does) i can last 20+ trips with the gears that i showed. u will find that my gears have -17 mage att bonus, but it doesn't matter, melee brothers have no mage def :lol:

 

 

 

if i am low on hp..i will go to tunnel..and get some hp with guthan(it will increases kill counts too)

Strategy

 

 

 

Please note that this is a very ineffective way to barrow and will last one trip if that but is a way lower lvls (65+) can barrow.

 

 

 

First use protect from melee ALL TIMES on all four barrows brothers, do iban blast on them and it will do several 20s if your lucky

 

 

 

For Ahrim equip dragonhide and take out msb with rune arrows, spec him and attack

I I wasnted 10 drops before my prayers ran out, and on my last run i got my 10th. I used about 2 prayer pots per run. Killed at least 5, and no more then 22 Kill count while barrowing. I worked with Leesters guide, then tweaked it for my own well being. I gained 82, abnd 83 magic there which in the end i gained 300k mage xp.

heres the outfit and stuff u need and ull be fine, the black hide is optional, and karil mage him now, the warrior helmet could b traded for something magical but i like the + def for the tunel.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

OK so start with charging your prayer at the nature tree, go to Dharok, kill him, u should have about 17 prayer left if your prayers around 50, then go to karil and drink 1 dose and kill him, your prayer should b around 5, then go kill verac after drinking 1 dose so u have like 26 prayer agasint him. then i go to verac and guthan using 1 dose a peice, then u kill ahrim with rune arrows and 1 dose in no to. I cruise whatever tunnel i need and find the brother then open the chest. thats just a summary, leesters has a good guide, but it tells you to brign to much IMO.
