is there any quick way to get your bank cluttered with random stuff you can easily throw away later?

go to every city and buy every item from each store. or just pick up random things from the ground lol .

Go to RFD chest and buy out the stuff... its pretty cheap and easy and by stuff i mean the weapons like meat tendrizer e.g.

try getting sc items and non stackables like serum 207 and stuff

You could do the above. But if you aren't in any hurry, you should skill normally. Especially skills like slayer and farming, which tend to fill up your bank quick, or do quests. I used to have an entire tab dedicated to quests, and I still have an entire tab for all my pots, unfinished, and of all doses. This also keeps you organized.

You could also use RoD or games neclace 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8.

If you don't clean herbs, clean one of each.
