Hey, if anyone has Halo: Combat Evolved for PC, we could have some Tip.it Slayer or CTF games.

 

Also, the Demo version might work, but we need to confirm that it will let you connect over the Internet.

It works, at least with other demos.

Never thought of that one. Is the demo a lot like the Halo "1" demo? Also, can you still mod it?

 

EDIT: I think that if at least one person has the non-demo version of Halo: CE and starts the game, everyone can just join that server and be able to play in different maps and stuff.

No, that's just the max. A game can be started with only 1 player, lol.

 

Although, you might want to be the first in there so you can get in the Banshee and shoot all of the noobs that enter the game after you did. :-w

You should do a game with only warthogs, no guns, it's always fun...until someone starts shooting.

God damn, I used to play Halo Trial all the time (under the name JHT). It was so fun until my computer died and I'm stuck using this netbook. >_>

I won't be in the server (Tip.it) until tomorrow because I need to get everyone online at the same time, otherwise I just sit in there and get bored. Lol.

Aha, I got the trial and figured out how to shoot people. I still don't understand how to get onto those vehicles and blow people up, so I need to figure that out. Anyways, how do we get onto the tip.it server?

you press (e) to get into vehicles and after that it is the same as shooting (if you are in the gunners seat of the warthog) I have tried getting on using the I.P. address but that did not seem to work for me.

I have to be in the game itself for it to work.

 

I may go in now, depending if Grim is online as I type this.

 

He isn't online, and I have to go to bed soon, so we will have to wait til tomorrow.

 

I also need to figure out how to customize the server so that we can have unlimited plasma grenades. I'll try some cheat codes.
