may we start?

I be here...Kinda.

I ask the commander if there are any missions, and if I could be rewarded at all for my assistance of Kimako yesterday. I start out on the mission, and camouflage myself on the way there.

i buy the pickaxe (if i ahve the money) and ask if there are any loner mission that i could do.

Enigma asks for his next assignment.

Kemios hides behind the busted helicopter, with his P90 cocked and ready to shoot at anything hostile.

Karl:

You make it to the anomaly without any trouble. You can hear (and see) electricity fields all over the area. There are power lines and poles everywhere.

 

Varius/Enigma:

The commander tells you that they are about to attack the freedom outpost in the forest.

 

Earth:

You buy a pickaxe. The trader tells you that the loners need help securing a mine shaft.

Kemios:

You hide behind the helicopter. Fortunately, you, the pilot, and the wounded merc managed to survive the crash. The pilot begins to radio in a rescue party. You spot 8 renegades patrolling the area.

 

Stephen:

You make your way to the ecologist bunker. About halfway there, you spot two mutant dogs, attracted by your noises.

i agree to the task, and walk swiftly to the spot, holding my pistol and knife in seperate hands (i could get used to pistol/mele wielding. usefull. maybe upgrade to a better one handed gun, for betetr results. tho im wondering where i could find mele weapons.)

Enigma asks if he can go first to secure the MG tower, therefore minimizing Duty's losses.

Kemios waits. If they see him and are hostile, he shoots them with his P90 set on fully automatic. If not, he just waits for the rescue party.

"Hehehehe, wonderful. Need a sniper anywhere in particular? You can mark the location on my PDA. Though, I could use a better rifle, if you have one to lend."

 

Varius sets out. If a location is specified, he sets up there. If not, he climbs a tree.

 

I also wear my woodland camo and camouflage myself more effectively on the way there.

Gotta go for dinner. I snipe the enemies, and loot the bodies. I support Enigma. Be right back.

Karl scans the anomoly.

Story: Parents supposdley died in car crash found out they were assainated went to Harvard had a girlfriend who ran away with another guy

Enigma:

The commander says that it is up to you, but rather risky.

 

Earth:

You make it to the entrance to the mine shaft with ten other loners, all carrying MP5s. They switch on their headlamps, end enter the dark mine. You figure that you better do the same.

 

Stephen:

You lunge at one of the dogs with your knife, and stab it in the neck, killing it. You miss the other dog, and it bites you in the foot, only doing minor damage. You then respond by stabbing wildly at the dog when it lunges at you again, brutally killing it. You set off for the ecologist bunker, and make it to the entrace. You harvest some interesting tissue from one of the dead mutant dogs, but ruin the other sample.

+0.2 melee prof.

+0.1 salvage

 

Varius:

The commander pauses for a second, and then motions one of the men to bring over an M82 anti-material rifle with 10 rounds for it. You make it to the position, and get up in the tree.

 

Kemios:

4 of the renegades come over to check out the helicopter. They have armsel strikers.

 

Karl:

You begin scanning the anomaly, but suddenly, one of the eletrical fields discharges, shocking you. You feel a little sick, and suffer from some burns. If it wasn't for the suit, you would have probably died.

Kimako wakes up to a new day and asks the leader if he has a task for her now, maybe expanding the influence of Duty?

i switch on my headlamp (or whatever light source i have) and follow. i take the lead, as im most usefull in front.

Enigma runs ahead and scouts the enemy base. He uses the patrol route information he obtained earlier to get into the MG tower and shoots the person in it with his silenced handgun. He then makes sure the ladder is unnattached so he can push it down should somebody try to climb up, and hides in the tower until the main force arrives.

Karl steps back and heals himself with the medkit before continuing scanning.

ross.do you have the paint tool? like for internet? i need it for me tokens.. i think i have it figured out.

Theres a gallery with tons of monsters and NPC tokens already in it. I would recommend using them, since I doubt any of us have any real artistic skill.

gallery? where? and no, i dont. but probs they dont have anything like grims tower... or your home... or jens tower.. or the uber golem... or roccos tree... you get the idea, correct?

Kimako:

The commander tells you that they are assulting the freedom outpost by in the forest.

 

Karl:

You find some ointments for such burns, and treat yourself. You feel a little better. You finish taking the measurements, and the white light on your detector starts flashing (19...)

Enigma:

You creep up to the tower, and shoot at the guard with the silenced pistol. You horrible miss, but fortunately the guard didn't notice.

 

Stephen:

The professor gives you a basic detector, and the prototype psy helmet. You walk near the PSY field, and notice that (3) bloodied loners are approaching you from futher in the zone.

 

Earth:

You lead the assult party, and come across a dead renegade. He has a sun's tear artifact in his hand!

EDIT: okay, i pick up the artifact,l give it to one of the loners ( theyd be pissed if i took it) and move forward
