Kimako magically asks the Ecologists for her reward in being in the mission (maybe a flamethrower artifact? :D), while continuing on.

Earth:

You stab at the last zombie, finishing it off. All of the branches seem dry and brittle.

Varius:

The duty commander tells you, "The last group set off just a few minutes ago. I'll mark the trail on your PDA, but you will have to go solo."

Hakon:

You shoot the monolithian in the leg, causing him to fall over. Dog proceeds to bite him in the neck, killing him. The ecologists seem in a panic, and they rush over to patch up their wounded colleague. (you traded the 9mm handgun in for the P90, along with some money)

Kimako:

You check your artifact container only to find a "fireball" artifact in it. However, it only gives thermal protection in this state (+2)

Enigma:

You are inside a large room, with a few other people sitting around. They look as if they have duty outfits on. A man walks up to you, handing you a similar outfit. He says, "Wear it with pride." All of your equipment seems in order.

Kimako tells the rest of the men to hurry, and begins a steady jog to the Duty HQ.

I start off on the path. I stun and loot anything I come across, and try to avoid being seen. I go as fast as possible to reach Kimako.

Gotta go, Kimako can control me.

Earth:

You can't find any branches that would be good for a bow. As you move deeper into the forest, you come across some bizzare metallic structure.

Enigma:

"We found you, unconscious in the forest. There was no 'light orb' in sight."

Kimako:

You begin to jog towards the HQ, and finally arrive. It is a large military base.

Varius:

You start walking, coming up to the entrance of a large forest.

Hakon:

Searching the bodies, you find 200c along with some 9mm ammo (14).

Kimako goes inside and reports to the commander, greeting the commander and telling them about how she bested many renegades. Then she asks for a squad and some weapons, like a rocket launcher. :P

Earth:

You contiune searching for some wood, but it seems even worse here. There is nothing suitable for a bowstring around here. The structure is some huge mess of metal, but isn't a building.

Enigma:

You pull your PDA out, only to find that the GPS unit is being jammed.

Kimako:

The general of duty congratulates you, saying, "I cannot spare any RPG-7 launchers, but I'll tell the trader to give you a 1500c discount when you buy one. You will be given a squad of 2 men when doing certain tasks."

Kimako asks if Duty has anything that she wants to do, like killing renegades. She requests that the rewards be in coins, better weapons, ammo for her existing weapons, or a flamethrowing artifact.

Earth:

The structure seems to be in the shape of...something. You can't grasp what, though. You find a fresh branch of wood, surprisingly.

Kimako:

"We need you to assult an antenna complex, which is under the control of freedom."

Hakon:

You assist the ecologists, gaining some medical insight. The wounded ecologist recovers.

Enigma:

You walk around the hospital, but everything seems quite normal. A guardsman tells you, "Something seems to be jamming all of the electronics around these parts of the zone, I'm not sure what though."

Jen asks if she'll get the squad on the mission. Then she asks for two grenades, and heads out to the antenna complex.

Earth:

There is nothing around that would make a suitable bowstring. The structure isn't large enough to enter.

Kimako:

"Yes, how would you like the squad to be outfitted?" You are handed an m67 grenade.

Enigma:

"No, I haven't seen any in these parts."

Hakon:

The ecologists agree. You hear a helicopter overhead, which seems to be carrying some portable building. It drops it off in a nearby clearing, along with unloading 3 mercenaries and two more ecologists.

"I would like one of the squad members to have some sort of heavy ground artillery (well heavy for one person) to batter the enemies before we arrive, and the other should wield a standard assualt rifle and keep a few grenades."
