I got both in one law trip, one click, before I even opened my pouches.

I guess that confirms that it goes by number of ess crafted rather then how many times you click 'craft runes'. Now I feel silly for dropping full loads of ess and pciking up and crafting them 1 by 1 :oops:

Its not like Jmods havent confirmed this already :rolleyes:

It was in the patch notes that they fixxed that issue.
