Do you mean the stats listed (ie: 70 Prayer) or the recommended stats (85+ combat stats). If so, no for the former, doesn't matter for the latter (but it'd help). March 22, 201016 yr To confirm: you cant boost them, you need piety for part of the quest and you need 65hunt as well.

The knight wont let you into the corruption beast room without 70, and after he dies your character wont want to go in
