The Dark Lord
The seax has made a comeback in England (and indeed the entire Britannian military) as a cheap and effective weapon for close-quarter combat. It is being incorporated into the military as a last-resort weapon. SWAG Mayn U wanna be like me but U can't be me cuz U ain't got ma swagga on. Retech
Lol... Hmm?Next you'll re-introduce the shield-wall as a battlefield formation. Requesting that you allow my inspectors to check and see if there are the shells/whatever the early stage of making five nuclear weapons. I don't have much of a problem with you keeping them, but I still need to know if you have them all, and that they're out of Hex's hands. If I can get that confirmation, then peace is officially declared with China, and we begin a new decade of installment buying, bull markets, and generally partying. The new proxy state of Manchuria is set up, with local regional administration run by former Chinese activists who went into hiding with the creation of Hextopia, while the official government power rests in the hand of the United States special sub committee on Chinese affairs. It is consisted of seven of the 24 major Chinese cities, which makes it the largest Chinese state, closely followed by the state administered by France. Manchuria, with US assistance, is training 200,000 part time troops, rotating in shifts, meaning 50,000 will be active at a time. As part of its non-aggression policy, it will not be building tanks. Infrastructure is also being repaired, with US money. (Maximum cost is 365 billion, assuming EVERYTHING is destroyed, which it isn't) Once the infrastructure is repaired and the troops are trained, then US troops will return for home. Strangely enough, even in this war, there were more active troops at home than overseas. It's also fortifying its borders, because as a new country, its borders aren't fortified like a country. US companies have set up in the coal and steel rich region, and have begun extracting lots of coal and steel for the new country, which will have a high demand for the materials, as well as companies back at home. archimage_a
Posiden, its already on the map. Retech, can you send me a pm about exactly what you want me to do, since creating your new state requires borders and cities to be defined, which you are more apt to do than. Also I will need Hex to PM me agreeing to it, since I only have confirmation of him allowing weapon inspectors in currently. http://www.uzzisoft..../archimage.jpegWell I knew you wouldn't agree. Wisp
I think Hex keeps his IAG until the next calculation, regardless of what happens. That's why you don't get the bonus for annexing immediately. Hegemony-Spain

Seraphi
Well, with the successful defeat of loony land, Iranian troops are heading back to Iran to have a welcome home party. Research continues, major breakthroughs in Engineering and computer technology intended for use in exoskeletons (Meaning it's not got too long left to go) Most of the military is being let back to their families and previous jobs, with only 100,000 soldiers remaining on active duty. Icuownage
Sniper bots - 1/5 I.D chips - 1/5 Deep Earth mining - 1/20 Infrastructure = 50% of budget It's a REALLY big shaft.I didn't catch fire, I used the can of hairspray as a flamethrower and pointed it at my arm.how are you going to ignore my posts when I'm offering to let you live as my vassal in two weeks time? Seraphi
I'm thinking it would take longer than 5 years to implant everyone in India with an ID chip. Of course, if that's just research and there is a follow up project to insert it, then yeah. It just isn't very clear.
Icuownage
Implamentation of the device will take a further 2 or 3 years. As will production of the sniper bots. 1/7 Sniper bots1/7 I.D chips It's a REALLY big shaft.I didn't catch fire, I used the can of hairspray as a flamethrower and pointed it at my arm.how are you going to ignore my posts when I'm offering to let you live as my vassal in two weeks time? Seraphi
I think putting an ID chip on a billion people, installing equipment to use said chip and getting the population to endorse the chip would take longer than 2-3 years. I'd say 5-10.
archimage_a
2-3 years sounds fairly reasonable, but the system would be rife with problems...Chips moving, attacked by the body, 1% rejection, systems for people outside the state during the 2-3 year period...ect, ect... It will take 20 odd years for a 99% coverage system(Some people will always be outside), but 90-95% could be covered in the first 2-3 years. http://www.uzzisoft..../archimage.jpegWell I knew you wouldn't agree. Icuownage
Well people implement chips into puppies and they don't get rejected do they? That was the sort of system I wanted, just keeps a large database and everyone has a special one. It's a REALLY big shaft.I didn't catch fire, I used the can of hairspray as a flamethrower and pointed it at my arm.how are you going to ignore my posts when I'm offering to let you live as my vassal in two weeks time? archimage_a
No...but when the system was first introduced they might have...Also not all dogs are chipped...Most are, but not all.I would recommend some sort of research into Cyborgenetics...Alter the DNA so that it creates a chip at the top of the spinal cord which creates a serial number based on the DNA...everyone's would be different, and it has huge potential. Probably take 30/40 years to research though and another 60 to GM everyone(in perfect conditions, probably closer to 160...so thats between 190 and 200 in total) http://www.uzzisoft..../archimage.jpegWell I knew you wouldn't agree. Icuownage
O-o Well I research that, does that mean I get shortened time in future cybergentic projects? I will go with my 5 - 7 year one with a cybergenetic program right now 1/200 O-o...
