Hex's original GDP was roughly 1,250,000,000,000. He lost all but 3 of his cities (1,250,000,000,000/23)*3. without including Infra. I think he should suffer an infra penalty though, because he switched his money to it in the last year before budget time.

Actually...Both Hiroshima and Nagisaki were pretty much back in operation after 2 weeks. All it really destroyed was the factories...and killed alot of people.

For the record guys: Hex has had 80% invested into his infrastructure for several years. It just doesn't get deducted until the end of the 10 year period.

It's just my defense, as I don't want to go offensive.

Thing is, you can't control the storm botnet. You'd need to create your own botnet virus and then spread it yourself, since the storm botnet is under control by unknown individuals or groups.

When did we ever have GDP per capita? It's problematic because you can just start spamming people.

What people often mix up is nuclear radiation and nuclear contamination, radiation is emmited by nukes, but only lasts a short while, nuclear contamination is waste from powerplants lying in an area, emmiting radiation and toxic isotopes.

 

Difference between a plant and a bomb:

A nuclear plant bombards fissionable materials with neutrons to heat steam boilers for turbine power.

A nuke uses an explosive to implode a fissionable sphere.
